Hi, Gus. I’m Yixian, welcome to my channel. This is my first video; This channel will mainly focus on Newcastle students’ mental wellbeing. It is true that more and more students are facing pressure about their academic and life, this channel will provide some good tips from psychology professor for you guys to improve your life quality rather than indulge in negative emotions.

Many students have academic pressure, and part of them even don’t aware this. it should be attach a great importance for them to learn how to dispel anxiety.

Some students worry about whether they can graduate or get a good degree successfully. while some students may be afraid of public speaking in front of others. So what about you? Do you have pressure and anxiety about your academic? Especially when every deadline is coming whether you have insomnia problems?
